卖家的描述
一个迷人的古董法国白釉硬瓷奶油罐和糖罐,归属于巴黎瓷厂(Porcelaine de Paris),约为19世纪中叶, circa 1850–1875。Executed in fine white hard-paste porcelain, the set is beautifully decorated with delicate hand-painted blue floral sprays highlighted by elegant burnished gold ornamentation. The graceful scrolling decoration, richly moulded pedestal bases, and finely shaped handles reflect the refined Rococo Revival taste that became highly fashionable in France during the Second Empire.
The softly undulating rims, sculptural modelling, and luxurious gilded details demonstrate the exceptional craftsmanship associated with the celebrated Paris porcelain manufactories of the nineteenth century.
Both pieces bear an incised workman’s or decorator’s number beneath the glaze, typical of Paris porcelain production of the period.
The set remains in very good antique condition with only minor age-related wear to the gilding, consistent with careful preservation over more than 150 years.
A highly decorative ensemble, equally suitable for display, collection, or elegant table presentation.
Height — 12.5; 15 cm
Circumference approx. — 35; 47.5 cm
