The El Dorado Single Still Enmore Rum 是由原始的 EHP Wooden Continuous Coffey Still 生产，该蒸馏器于 1880 年在 Enmore Estate 首次建造。该蒸馏器以 Enmore Sugar Plantation 的原主人 Edward Henry Porter 命名，基于发明人爱尔兰人 Aeneas Coffey 的原始设计。随着 1990 年庄园关闭，该蒸馏器被移至 Diamond Estate。它是当今世界上仅存的木质连续蒸馏器。El Dorado Single Still Enmore Rum 在橡木桶中陈放了 12 年。品鉴笔记：黄油糖糖鼻，与烤椰子和苹果的香气混合。初尝带出烤桃和椰子的风味，余韵为烟熏橡木木质香。口感出色。El Dorado Single Still Port Mourant Rum 使用双木壶式蒸馏器酿制，这是当今唯一仍在使用的同类蒸馏器。1732 年在 Port Mourant Estate 建成，后来搬至 Uitvlugt Estate，再于 2000 年移至 Diamond Estate。此后，双木壶式蒸馏器一直以小批量生产这款 El Dorado Heritage Rum。它在橡木桶中陈放了 12 年。品鉴笔记：体会其浓郁口感，甜美烤苹果的香气混合轻微的香草和肉桂， flambé 香蕉与椰子气息，以及泥煤香气的点缀。18 世纪的 Plantation Versailles 庄园，曾经由法国家族 L’Amirault 所拥有，坐落于 Demerara 河西岸，以金色朗姆酒闻名。以单木壶式蒸馏器蒸馏，加入焦糖上色后在橡木桶中陈放 12 年。此款朗姆酒庆祝润滑巧克力口感的陈年佳酿朗姆酒。品鉴笔记：初入口即有巧克力的风味，收尾顺滑，带有烟草的细微香气。
