Thank you for your purchase! Please carefully read and understand these important terms:**

1. Shipping Methods & Costs:**
* All items ship with **simple packaging*to minimize shipping expenses.
* For shipments from Singapore or Japan to Europe:
* If Item Value + Shipping Cost < €120,we will default to economical local postal services (e.g., EMS, SingPost).
* If you wish to use premium carriers (**FedEx, UPS, DHL**) for such low-value shipments, you must **pay the shipping cost difference** (top-ups are welcome).
Reason: Base shipping cost via premium carriers is ~SGD 55. Using them for low-value items is cost-prohibitive.)

2. Customs Duties & Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. **The buyer is solely responsible** for understanding and paying all such charges levied by their country.
We have no control over these fees and **cannot be held liable** for customs delays or additional import costs. Check your local import regulations before bidding/purchasing.

2. 海关税费：可能征收进口关税、税费或海关手续费。买方对所产生的所有此类费用自行理解并负责支付。我们对这些费用不具备控制权，也不就海关延误或额外进口成本承担责任。在竞拍/购买前，请查阅当地的进口规定。

3. **Order Cancellation & Returns:**
* **Buyer Cancellation:** If the buyer cancels after payment, they are responsible for **all return shipping costs** and **any import duties/taxes** incurred during the return process.
* **Returns:** Returns require our prior approval. For approved returns, the buyer bears **all return shipping costs** and **any applicable import duties/taxes**. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

3. 订单取消与退货：
* **买家取消：** 若买家在付款后取消，需承担所有退货运费以及退货过程中产生的任何进口关税/税费。
* **退货：** 退货需经我们事先批准。经批准的退货，买家承担全部退货运费及任何适用的进口税费。物品须未使用、完好并保持原包装。

4. **Auction Completion & Payment:**
* The winning item will be **reserved for one (1) week** after the auction closes.
* **Full payment must be received within this reservation period.**
* If payment is not completed within one week, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist/sell the item to another buyer.

4. 拍卖完成与付款：
* 中标物品在拍卖结束后将保留一周。
* 请在此保留期内完成全额支付。
* 若在一周内未完成支付，我们保留取消交易并将物品重新列价出售给其他买家。
