We present at auction a highly elegant mechanical chronograph from the Swiss firm Maurice Lacroix, representative of the classic and refined aesthetic that characterized the brand during the 1990s.

Classic Dial and Two-Tone Design: The watch stands out with its captivating dark blue dial, which creates an attractive contrast with the three silvered sub-dials of the chronograph (arranged at 6, 9 and 12). Time is read through elegant Roman numerals and Breguet-style hands in a gold hue. The stainless steel case is enhanced by a stepped bezel, and the gold-plated crown and pushers give it a sophisticated and versatile appearance.

Prestigious Mechanics: Inside lies a robust and prestigious Swiss-made automatic chronograph movement (well known for using the reliable and durable Valjoux 7750 base), guaranteeing excellent performance.

Case and Bezel: The stainless steel case and the gold components are in very good overall condition. They show fine micro-scratches and common signs of use, but no deep wear on the plating.

Crystal and Dial: The dial is in magnificent condition, clean and perfectly legible. The crystal is in good condition.

Case Back: Snap-on polished steel back. It shows multiple light scratches from use and resting on the desk, but all factory engravings (including reference 03291) are clearly legible.

Bracelet: Delivered mounted on a textured blue leather strap (not original to the brand) in very good condition, with steel buckle.

Mechanical: Automatic movement in working order. The chronograph functions start, stop, and reset to zero without issue. (Note: As this is a vintage/neo-vintage collection piece, original water resistance cannot be guaranteed and the date of its last maintenance service is not known.)
