"It remains 12 months in wooden tanks until the malolactic fermentation is complete and rests before being racked for later consumption. Aging. The wine matures for 36 months in semi-new 225-litre barrels, 70% American oak and 30% French. Bottled in March 1975. Depending on the vintage, it rests between 48 and 100 months in the winery's cellars before ageing. for marketing at the end of
the 1970s."
