This is a Seiko Selection SPIRIT SBTR029, a quartz chronograph model with an ice-blue dial and stainless steel bracelet.

The watch is powered by Seiko calibre 8T67, a battery-operated quartz movement with an average accuracy of ±15 seconds per month. The stainless steel case measures approximately 39.8 mm in width, 47.0 mm lug-to-lug, and 11.7 mm in thickness.

It features Hardlex crystal, a screw case back, tachymeter scale, date display, small seconds, 24-hour hand, and chronograph function with 1/5-second measurement up to 12 hours.

The watch has 10 bar water resistance and LumiBrite on the hands and indexes. The bracelet is stainless steel with a one-push three-fold clasp.
