An exceptionally rare collaborative release between the legendary Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels and the renowned Domaine Stéphane Tissot from the Jura region of France.
This unique beer is produced by blending two-year-old Cantillon lambic with Poulsard grape marc (300 g/L) from Domaine Tissot, macerated for three months in amphora before natural bottle conditioning. The result is an extraordinary hybrid between the worlds of wine and spontaneous fermentation, offering remarkable complexity, freshness, vibrant acidity and refined notes of red berries, wild grapes, minerals and subtle funk.
Produced in extremely limited quantities and now virtually impossible to find, this release has become highly sought after by Cantillon collectors and enthusiasts of rare spontaneous fermentation beers.
Bottle condition
* Excellent fill level.
* Label shows minor storage and handling marks (please refer to the photographs).
* Bottle and cap in very good condition.
* Professionally stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled wine cellar since acquisition.
