An exceptionally rare collector's item for serious Beatles enthusiasts: this exclusive glass award set was issued in 1999 by the BCC International Club Japan and was intended exclusively for selected managers, music industry executives, and distinguished employees of the Japanese record industry.
Production was strictly limited to just 1,004 pieces worldwide and was never offered for retail sale. As a result, this item ranks among the rarest official Beatles collectibles ever released in Japan.
The high-quality glass plaque features the iconic Beatles logo along with stylized signatures of the band members. Particularly noteworthy is the original presentation case in the form of an elegant jewelry-style box. The black case is embossed with gold lettering and features a premium dark green fabric-lined interior, providing both secure protection and an impressive display for the glass plaque.
The original gold embossing on the lid reads:
