Exceedingly rare Pachycephalosaurus gem tooth. Incredible size, incredible preservation. Just outstanding.
Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis, a thick-skulled herbivorous dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous (approx. 70-66 million years ago), has been discovered in the Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota.
Fossil evidence, including vertebrae and cranial material, indicates they inhabited the region alongside T. rex and Triceratops.
Significance: Primarily known from Montana and Wyoming, also in South Dakota.
