WINE VARIETIES: Traditional from the Douro, such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Sousão.

VINIFICATION
Vinified in a traditional way that includes the addition of brandy of wine origin to interrupt fermentation, leaving the wine with around 50 grams of sugar. This 10 Year Old Dry White Port wine made from a selection of high quality wines, from different years and aged in casks, has a golden color, revealing the profile of a 10 year old wine in tasting.

TASTING NOTES
Bright golden in color, this Dry White reveals a marked aroma of walnuts and roasted almonds, wrapped in subtleties of mint, offering surprising vivacity. Soft and fresh on the palate, it surprises with its elegant aftertaste, with balanced sweetness.

SERVING
Excellent with medium intensity cheeses, savory “vol-au-vent” or desserts (ice cream and various pastries). Serve at a temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC. Consume in moderation.
