Vintage CELINE Paris Horse Carriage Cufflinks & Tie Clip Set — vintage cufflinks and tie clip, branded box
An elegant vintage CELINE Paris set consisting of a pair of cufflinks and a tie clip. The design is in keeping with the classic CELINE men's accessories: polished light metal is combined with dark decorative inserts and gold-tone signature elements.

The cufflinks are rectangular with rounded corners. The central part is made of a smooth dark brown, almost black, insert with a characteristic translucent amber shimmer. The material resembles either imitation horn or tortoiseshell;

At the center of each cufflink is a small gold-tone relief motif of a horse-drawn carriage/chariot, in keeping with CELINE's classic equestrian theme. The detail is well-detailed: the wheels, horse, and carriage elements are all visible. The inserts are framed in a polished silver-tone metal frame.

The cufflinks feature a rigid, curved stand and oval pivot bars. The reverse side of the pivot bars features the signature CELINE emblem.

The tie bar is crafted in the same design, forming a single set with the cufflinks. A dark decorative insert with brownish-amber highlights runs the entire length of the front. The central section features the same gold-tone horse-drawn carriage motif. The mechanism is a classic spring clip.

The CELINE engraving is clearly visible on the inside of the clip, an important identifying detail of the product.
