Electric Light Orchestra ‎– Discovery

Discovery was ELO's first album to hit # 1 in the UK charts. Single releases such as Confusion or Don't Bring Me Down conquered the single charts at the time.

For the cover of the album, the spaceship already known from the albums Out of the Blue and previously A new world record was used, but here it is shown like a toy in the hands of a curious young man wearing a turban. However, the entire scene only becomes clear when the double cover is opened: In the background, a man draws his saber. The inside of the cover depicts the escape of the boy with the spaceship in his arms from three saber-wielding riders in the desert.

Rare Japanese Complete 1st issue with all inserts and obi.
