This 14-year-old Speyside single malt was initially matured in refill American oak casks before being finished in red wine casks, adding an intriguing layer of fruit, spice and floral character. Bottled at a powerful 55.5% ABV (cask strength).

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh and lightly fruity, with notes of white grapes, lychee, green apple, pear and orange zest, complemented by buttery pastry and subtle wine-seasoned oak. With a little water, delicate meadow flowers and honey emerge.

鼻感：清新带轻微果香，带有白葡萄、荔枝、青苹果、梨和橙皮的香气，辅以黄油酥皮和微妙的葡萄酒桶香。加水后，细腻的草地花香与蜂蜜显现。

Palate: Creamy and smooth, with sweet toffee, red apple and pear, followed by distinctive floral notes reminiscent of Parma violets. Crisp oak and gentle spice add balance and complexity.
