Vintage Jupiter Super DE LUXE - Gérald Genta style – Swiss 17 Jewels Manual Wind (Date at 4:30)

Offered for auction is an eye-catching vintage Jupiter Super DE LUXE wristwatch from the late 1960s to 1970s, featuring a bold two-tone dial and a quality Swiss manual-wind movement.

Dial & Design
Dial: Striking black center framed by a silver outer ring with raised geometric block markers. Styled with red and blue accent dots along the minute track.
Date Window: Positioned uniquely between 4 and 5 o'clock (4:30 position).
Hands: Gold-tone baton hands with luminous inserts and a distinctive paddle-style central seconds hand.
Markings: Signed "JUPITER SUPER DE LUXE - 17 JEWELS - SWISS MADE T"*.

Case & Crystal
Case: Chrome-plated base metal case measuring 34 mm in diameter (excluding crown) and 40 mm lug-to-lug.
Case Back: Stainless steel screw-down case back featuring the embossed Jupiter stars logo and marked "STEEL BACK - WATERPROOF - SHOCKPROOF - ANTIMAGNETIC - JUPITER SWISS MADE"*.
Crystal: Acrylic crystal in good vintage condition with minor light surface wear.
Crown: Unsigned chrome-plated crown.

Movement
Swiss-made 17-jewel manual winding mechanical movement, stamped K1 on the mainplate. Runs smoothly and sets properly.

Strap & Buckle
Fitted with an aftermarket black leather strap with an alligator grain pattern and a plain silver-tone pin buckle (both unsigned).
Accommodates wrist sizes from 14.5 cm up to 19.5 cm.
