Vintage Convair Stereo Record Player — Philips Technology with Gemco Speakers
Offered is a distinctive vintage Convair Stereo record player, featuring an elegant mid-century cabinet with its original textured beige and grey fabric covering.
This vintage stereo system incorporates Philips technology and Gemco speakers, together with an integrated record player / turntable. The original turntable is housed inside the cabinet and features its original platter, rubber mat, tonearm and pickup assembly.
A particularly notable feature is the turntable’s four selectable playback speeds: 16, 33, 45 and 78 RPM, allowing it to play a wide range of vintage record formats from different eras.
The interior retains its original period appearance, including the fabric-lined cabinet and cream-coloured turntable deck. The front panel features the original controls for On/Off/Volume, Balance and Tune, with the original lettering and decorative details.
