GELATIN SILVER PRINT
* Original gelatin silver print made in the darkroom on baryta photographic paper - Fotonbrom (with cardboard bottom and satin surface), treated for archival permanence, air-dried and heat-pressed.
PHOTOGRAM
** (The photogram is an image made without a camera by placing an object directly on to the surface of a light-sensitive material and then exposing it to light. Since the dawn of photography it has been explored by practitioners such as Henry Talbot, Man Ray, László Moholy-Nagy (p. e.), keen to expand the boundaries of representation.)
FRAME
*** Framed in an elegant wooden frame. Painted black and varnished. Very smooth in touch, with visible natural structure of the wood.
