An exquisite late 19th / early 20th-century European porcelain display plate, expertly hand-painted in the 18th-century Sèvres revival style (likely Samson of Paris or a specialized European decorating workshop).

Central Motif: Features a finely detailed, hand-painted central medallion with a vibrant bouquet of flowers (pink roses, chrysanthemums, and field flowers) framed by a green leafy garland and delicate red beadwork.
Border & Ground: A rich royal cobalt blue (Bleu de Roi) ground decorated with intricate gold dot patterns (Pointillé) and elaborate gilded rococo scrollwork.
Reserves: Three lobed white reserves displaying individual hand-painted floral vignettes surrounded by raised gold lace framing.
Rim: Scalloped rim finished with gilt accenting and a delicate green garland border with red dots.
