This lot contains two factory-sealed copies of the official ONE PIECE CARD GAME “Strongest at the Top Pack” distributed through the Saikyo Jump May 2026 Applicants-Only Service in Japan.

Each pack contains three special promotional cards, one of each design:

• P-152 Edward Newgate
• P-153 Portgas D. Ace
• P-154 Monkey D. Luffy

As two sealed packs are included, this lot contains a total of six cards — two complete copies of the three-card promotional lineup.

Both packs remain sealed in their original official packaging.

Campaign Background

The “Strongest at the Top Pack” was offered through a special applicants-only service connected with the May 2026 issue of Saikyo Jump.

This was not a standard free magazine insert.

Readers obtained an application serial code from the magazine and could apply for one pack per code during the official application period.

The application period ran from April 3, 2026 to May 7, 2026.

Each application required a ¥600 contribution including shipping and handling, and the packs were scheduled for shipment within Japan by the end of August 2026.

This distribution method makes the item quite different from ordinary booster packs or standard retail products.

Special Illustrations

All three promotional cards feature newly drawn artwork by Sohei Koji, the creator of “ONE PIECE Gakuen.”

The three characters were selected as an especially powerful trio:

• Edward Newgate / Whitebeard
• Portgas D. Ace
• Monkey D. Luffy

The illustrations use the distinctive visual style of ONE PIECE Gakuen while retaining the official ONE PIECE CARD GAME layout and gameplay functions.
