卖家的描述
2022 Bibi Graetz “Colore Bianco” Toscana IGT – 2 × 75 cl
Two exceptionally rare Italian white wines from cult Tuscan producer Bibi Graetz. Colore Bianco is made exclusively from 100% Ansonica grown in the century-old Pietrabona vineyard on the island of Giglio.
The vines grow on steep, south-facing terraces overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, rooted in ancient granite weathered into sandy soil. Constant wind and sea spray give the wine its distinctive saline and mineral character. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, and total production was limited to approximately 2,500 bottles.
Following gentle pressing, 70% of the wine is fermented and matured in barriques for seven months on its fine lees with bâtonnage, while the remaining 30% is fermented in stainless steel. Alcohol: 14%.
James Suckling – 97 points:
“Intense aromas of lime skin and other citrus fruit. Some apricot, too. Crushed stone. Sea breeze and crushed sea salt.”
He also highlights its full body, firm and intense texture, remarkable length, dried-lemon and apricot character, botanical nuances and subtle phenolic grip. His conclusion: drink or hold.
A powerful yet fresh and beautifully mineral white wine, combining ripe fruit, Mediterranean herbs and exceptional structure with a long, saline finish.
Both bottles have been stored continuously in a wine cellar since release.
