Tasting Notes
On the Nose:
The bouquet opens with fleeting aromas of rose petals, orange oil, and saffron. It then becomes warmer and deeper, dominated by rich red fruits like raspberry and cherry, alongside darker touches of cassis and fig. The final notes reveal a sweet complexity of gingerbread, licorice, and vanilla.
On the Palate:
The fruit is majestic, ripe, fleshy, and profound. After a remarkably smooth, round, and creamy initial mouthfeel, the champagne expands with considerable textural presence and a silky mousse. The power is perfectly contained, culminating in a long, sapid finish with mineral, iodine, and salty undertones.
