Description

Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo

Vineyards: Plots with an average age between 30 and 35 years.


Characteristics: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Selection table. Maceration with skins and fermentation for 21 days at 28°C.

Aging
Minimum 12 months in barrels and at least 12 months in bottle.

Color
Purple cherry red with purple highlights indicating youth.

Nose
High aromatic intensity, with aromas of ripe fruit, well blended with the wood, which provides special sweetness and pleasant toasted aromas.


Palate
Enveloping and flavorful, balanced, with finesse and pleasant maturity. Finish with hints of ripe fruit.

15-18°C

Red meat, cured meats, game birds, small game, meat stews and light casseroles, semi-cured cheeses.
