An enchanting, citrusy fragrance with golden limestone notes and hints of apricot, apple, passion fruit, and pineapple. Touches of cinnamon, dried fruit, butter, white pepper, and vanilla rest on a soft, fresh background of chamomile, lemon verbena, and rosemary. A rich, mineral elixir, full-bodied, and long on the palate. Truly magnificent.
Terroir:
Arínzano, Aberín, Navarra, Spain
100% Chardonnay vines planted in red sandstone soils over a calcareous subsoil.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested with double grape selection and chilled. Fermented with native yeasts. Aged for 8 to 10 months in French oak with bâtonnage. Final bottle aging.
