Malton Cushion Open Heart Automatic

A distinctive and elegant Marvin Malton automatic wristwatch, combining the characteristic cushion-shaped case of the Malton collection with an attractive open-heart display and a refined two-tone silver and gold-tone finish.

Dating approximately from the 2010's, this model represents the contemporary revival of Marvin Watch Co., a historic Swiss watch manufacturer founded in 1850. The Malton collection is particularly recognizable for its unconventional cushion-shaped architecture and distinctive articulated strap attachments.

The silver-tone dial has a clean and elegant appearance, complemented by gold-tone hands and minimalist indexes. The highlight is the large open-heart aperture at 12 o'clock, allowing the oscillating balance and part of the mechanical movement to remain visible while the watch is running.

The exhibition caseback provides another view of the Swiss Made automatic movement, fitted with 26 jewels and a signed rotor marked "THE SWING".
