​Official commemorative medal for the historic Airborne Wandeltocht (Airborne Walking Tour) held in Arnhem/Oosterbeek, Netherlands. Organized by the Renkum Police Sports Association (Politie Sport Vereniging Renkum) to honor the Allied airborne troops of Operation Market Garden.
​Medal Obverse: Features Bellerophon riding Pegasus (British Airborne emblem) with the inscription "AIRBORNE WANDELTOCHTEN".
​Medal Reverse: Stamped "POLITIE SPORT VERENIGING RENKUM".
​Ribbon & Badges: Original purple ribbon featuring:
​Top round parachute emblem marked: SEPT 3 1944.
