Country-Specific Import Requirements

France & Portugal:
Please be aware that local customs regulations may require imported loose gemstones/diamonds to be processed through a local customs broker. Any customs broker or clearance fees are not included in the lot price or shipping charges and must be paid separately by the buyer.

Belgium:
Importing loose diamonds into Belgium may require the buyer to hold the appropriate license and registration with the Diamond Office. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable local import requirements before placing a bid.

Winning Bidder – Cancellation & Returns

Once an auction lot has been won and payment has been completed, any cancellation or return may result in additional costs. In the event of a return, VAT, customs duties, import charges, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are non-refundable, where imposed or paid to third parties.

The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including return shipping, customs charges, taxes, and any other fees incurred during the return process.

By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for complying with all applicable customs, import, tax, and return requirements in their country of residence.
