卖家的描述
罗马帝国。
Hadrian (117-138 AD).
Denarius (Silver, 17.13 mm, 3.14 g).
Obv: HADRIANVS AVG COS III PP, laureate bust right.
Rev: VICTORIA AVG. Victory seated left, holding wreath and palm.
Reference: RIC II 286.
Hadrian consolidated the Roman Empire after the expansionist reign of Trajan, strengthening frontiers rather than pursuing further conquest. He travelled extensively through the provinces, reorganized administration and sponsored major building projects, including Hadrian’s Wall in Britain and the Pantheon in Rome. His reign was largely stable, though the Bar Kokhba revolt in Judaea brought severe conflict.
