中国白玉与褐斑软玉镂空古风吊坠 – 中国 20 世纪

On offer is a Chinese “open work” carved pendant made of pale white-grey russet nephrite jade. This pendant has been executed in the Archaic style and shows 2 stylized chilong (young dragons) at each side. In the middle of the pendant the character for “double happiness” has been carved through. A good jade example made in the Archaic Chinese taste!

Has been identified as nephrite jade by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Provenance: Obtained from inland China. a good jade pendant, very suitable as an addition to your high-end collection or to present as a gift! Please see test results and pictures.

*UV/ bright light check: No indication of treatment.
*Dating: second half 20th Century.
*Size (approx.): 50,6 mm * 37,4 mm * 11,2 mm.
*Condition: Very (uncleaned) condition, no damage.
