Bound in turquoise cloth covers with a peacock feather on the front cover, and a fabulous woven gold coloured and tasseled bookmark.
Signed by Ramesh Patel to the front. Limited to 2,000 copies.
The title translates roughly as "the sacred river of the heart" or "river of love,"
is a collection of 51 Gujarati love poems by the poet writing under the pen name "Premormi,"
“Drop your tears into the ocean
They will turn into pearls
I shall pick them out from the deeps
And string them into a necklace
The necklace will adorn your neck
Each pearl a repository of my love for you”
A woven gold tasselled bookmark that other sources describe as incorporating rudraksha beads — the sacred seed-beads used in Hindu prayer malas
The author founded the India Coffee House in London in 1960 — reportedly the city's first vegetarian restaurant
Text in Hindi, French, German, Spanish, English, Esperanto, Russian and Marathi.
