Beautiful vintage 28-piece dessert and serving cutlery set with genuine natural Lapis Lazuli stone handles, offered on a metal display stand (stand not original, for presentation only).

The set consists of:

6 x Teaspoons
6 x Dessert spoons / Coffee spoons (small)
6 x Dessert spoons (medium)
6 x Dessert forks
2 x Large round serving spoons
2 x Ice cream spades / Square serving spoons

Total: 28 pieces

Materials & Details:
Handle: Natural Lapis Lazuli with characteristic deep ultramarine blue color and visible pyrite / calcite inclusions, proving natural stone (not resin). Each handle is unique.
Blade / Bowl: Stainless steel / silver-plated with hand-engraved floral motif on the stem. Very shiny, polished bowls.
Style: Mid-century glamorous, Hollywood Regency, likely 1960s - 1980s. Probably made in Afghanistan region where Lapis Lazuli is traditionally worked.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Stone handles intact with no cracks. Light micro-scratches and tarnish on metal consistent with age and use. One small inclusion / dark vein visible on some handles which is natural to the stone. Please see photos.

This is a highly decorative set, perfect for a collector of lapis lazuli, for a dessert table, or as a statement serving set.
