卖家的描述
ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD - EDITION 1/1
With this square-format work, Medsan faces two hunters that cinema has never united: Boba Fett, the Mandalorian bounty hunter from Star Wars, and the Yautja from Predator, the trophy hunter from John McTiernan's film (1987). The scene is composed like a votive panel entirely coppery, imitating the hammered and repoussé metal of ancient brassware. In the background, large stone faces with heavy lids evoke the four-faced towers of the Bayon of Angkor, watching over a jungle of vines, fronds and ferns.
Kneeling on the left, Boba Fett holds his two-handed scope rifle, barrel lowered, the T-shaped visor turned toward his counterpart. Standing on the right, the Predator dominates the frame: dreadlocks, shoulder cannon, red dot of the laser sight lit on the silver mask, wrist blade already drawn. Between the two, two curls of smoke wind through the central void: they are the only movement in the image and guide the eye from one hunter to the other. The palette, almost monochrome, rests on copper-brown and its shadows, punctuated by the green-grey of the Mandalorian armor, the light gray of the mask, and two reds — Fett's helmet and the medsan cartouche, lacquered in the lower right.
No shot has been fired: Medsan chooses the moment just before, the moment when two predators size each other up without knowing each other. By treating this confrontation as a temple bas-relief invaded by vegetation, he tips it into an archaeological time, as if the scene had been engraved a thousand years earlier by a vanished civilization. The mashup says exactly this: the hunter figure is older than the franchises that have brought him to life.
A dense and immediately legible piece, ideal for adding a sci‑fi, sculptural touch to a collectionist’s interior, a study or a warm-toned living room. The buyer receives a unique giclee print on canvas, numbered 1/1 and hand-signed: a high-quality pigment print of Medsan’s original creation, a world’s-only edition.

About the Atelier:
Atelier Joconde is a workshop of artists united around a living and plural contemporary creation. Established as a true artistic production space, the workshop operates as both collective creation and individual approaches, depending on the projects and works. Atelier Joconde is also a family venture. Le Yack, a contemporary figurative painter, develops a narrative and introspective body of work with cinematic and realistic influences. Beside him, Medsan, oriented toward pop art painting, explores color, modern iconography and visual culture. Finally, Neo Pablo pursues a more instinctive research, blending abstract art, art brut, and figurative abstraction. Each work is conceived, realized and followed within the workshop, with a shared artistic standard and an identity of its own for each artist.
