The Onkyo TA-2017 is a classic Japanese stereo cassette deck from the mid-1980s, designed for both high-quality cassette playback and recording. Introduced around 1986, it combines a straightforward front-loading design with Dolby B and C noise reduction, AccuBias adjustment and support for different cassette tape formulations.

To deliver this product properly, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, thereby wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of padding.
