Elena Paraskeva 的作品被收录于多家机构与企业收藏，包括瑞典公共艺术部（Västra Götaland Government）、美国波士顿医院（儿童癌症科入口处的大型 500 cm 装置）、澳大利亚国立大学、Thalassa 博物馆、Affinity（Serif）等机构与企业收藏。

2026 年， Magnum 摄影师 Alec Soth（公认的在世最具影响力摄影师之一）亲自选择她的作品在希腊展出，展览在希腊文化部的主持下举行。

她曾被 four 大众国际摄影学会评为年度国际摄影师（2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018）。

她在 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de La Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards（IPA）、Neutral Density Awards 等国际机构获得广泛认可与重要奖项。

自 2021 年起，她担任佛罗里达摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的评委，与 Fotografiska Museum 及东京国立摄影博物馆的策展人共同评审——并且每年担任若干国际摄影比赛评审。她也是前 Adobe 教师与大使。
