Épineuil, situated just south of Chablis, benefits from a cool climate and limestone-rich soils, producing Pinot Noir with freshness, precision and a distinctive mineral backbone. The 2019 vintage was aged for 12 months in oak barrels, adding structure and subtle complexity without overpowering the fruit. Bottled without filtration or stabilization, this wine preserves its full aromatic expression and natural character.

Expressive aromas of black cherry, blackberry and subtle roasted notes, followed by hints of spice and earth. On the palate, medium-bodied yet intense, with fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a long, elegant finish. With further bottle age, the wine will gradually develop more savoury, earthy and tertiary nuances.
