20th Anniversary of the Milano Whisky Festival 20 years, the beautiful age some would say!

To mark this historical landmark, the 20th anniversary of the Milano Whisky Festival, The Art Collection and Franco Gasparri have carefully selected this Bas Armagnac from the Domaine de Noël (Le Frêche). Millésime 2006 Vintage Château Garreau, for over a century, has been producing and creating some of the finest Armagnacs within the very exclusive sub region of Bas Armagnac and its golden triangle, the Tawny Sands.

They have just recently acquired the remaining stocks of the Domaine de Noël, based in Le Frêche, a well-reknowned estate that stopped its production in 2009.

This 2006 vintage, made of a 100% Baco grape varietal, is the very last remaining witness of this now closed distillery and estate. Single estate, single grape varietal, single vintage, single distillation, single cask, endless satisfaction...

This 2006 vintage, with over 19 years of aging in Gascon oak single cask (Cask N° F17), will reveal aromas of hazelnut cream, orange zest, wildflowers and vanilla. Complex and smooth on the palate, offering notes of tobacco, wood and sweet hints of orange liqueur. Balanced and harmonious with a lingering honeyed finish.
