This stunning floor lamp, officially the Model RT3, was designed by the legendary Italian architect and designer Gianfranco Frattini for the renowned manufacturer Relco Italia / ReLux Milano in the 1980s.

The Design
The lamp is a perfect example of postmodern design from that period. It combines a sleek, minimalist shaft with a spectacular, goblet-shaped lampshade in shiny brass.

Design: The top part, which resembles an open flower petal or torchere, reflects light in a warm and diffuse manner, making it a beautiful uplighter.

Material: The lamp is made of luxurious, shiny brass (or brass-colored metal), which gives an elegant and timeless appearance and beautifully contrasts with a modern interior.

Functionality: the lamp is equipped with a built-in dimmer (DIMA), allowing you to fully adjust the light intensity to your preference.

The lamp is in good vintage condition, consistent with a piece from the 1980s. The shiny brass finish has been well preserved (see photos, which are part of the description), with only very light signs of use. The lamp is fully functional.
