The Canon EF 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5 USM is a compact wide-angle zoom for the EF mount, light at around 340g and built around an aspherical element to control distortion at the wide end. The ring-type USM motor focuses quickly and almost silently with full-time manual override. On a full-frame body it gives a genuinely wide 20mm view; on APS-C it works as a 32-56mm standard zoom.
