卖家的描述
Cascina Bongiovanni, Barbera d'Alba 2019
DESCRIPTION:
Producer: Cascina Bongiovanni
Wine: Barbera d'Alba
Vintage: 2019
Number of Bottles: 6
Size: 0,75
Grapes: 100% Barbera
Aging: 12 months of wood aging
Alc.: 14,5%
The vineyards producing the Barbera grapes for this wine are located in Diano d’Alba and Monforte d’Alba, covering a total area of approximately two hectares. The varied exposures and soil types lend the wine complexity and the potential to evolve over time. Following 12 months of wood aging, the wine is ready to continue its development in the bottle. Its distinctive, full-bodied structure contributes a softness that is well-integrated with the alcohol and acidity. It pairs ideally with all courses of traditional Piedmontese cuisine.
Color: intense purple-red. The fruity aromas of the Barbera, combined with the toasty notes derived from aging, create a bouquet reminiscent of sour cherries in spirits and cocoa. The structure is impressive, underpinned by the lively acidity typical of this wine.
