This AC Milan football shirt was personally signed by Paolo Maldini on 10-11- 2025 in Milan. Paolo Maldini spent all 25 seasons of his professional football career with Milan, retiring at the age of 41 in 2009. Maldini won 26 trophies with Milan, including five Champions League trophies.
