‘P by Protos’ 6 个月橡木桶陈酿红葡萄酒旨在为熟悉的菜肴增添新的层次，并为餐桌营造氛围。年轻的Tempranillo葡萄藤在海拔750米、降雨量较低的气候下，在贫瘠的石灰岩土壤上生长。葡萄以手工采摘，放入不超过20公斤的木箱中。进入酿造过程前，葡萄会按成熟度进行分选。浸皮在酒精发酵开始之前进行，发酵在24°C下持续15天。随后，酒在225升的中度烘焙美国橡木桶中陈酿6个月，再在装瓶后于窖藏中再陈酿6个月。

A glass of wine is much more than just a drink; it’s what adds a touch of joy to life’s little pleasures: a lunch with friends, a quiet evening watching a film or reading an interesting book, or catching up with friends on a summer terrace. The wines in the ‘P by Protos’ range are designed for all these everyday occasions — unique, contemporary wines from a legendary producer.
The ‘P by Protos’ 6-month Barrel-Aged red wine is crafted to add a new dimension to familiar dishes and set the mood at the table. Young Tempranillo vines are grown on poor limestone soils at an altitude of 750 metres above sea level, in a climate with low rainfall. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates holding no more than 20 kilograms. Before entering the production process, the grapes are sorted according to their degree of ripeness. Skin maceration precedes the start of alcoholic fermentation, which lasts 15 days at a temperature of 24 °C. The wine is then aged for 6 months in 225-litre barrels made of medium-toasted American oak. It is aged for a further 6 months in the cellars after bottling.
