Chinese porcelain cup and saucer in Imari and Batavia style, with geese decoration –China – Kangxi period
On offer is a remarkable Chinese porcelain cup and saucer in larger size. They both have a decoration of 3 geese in a pond and one flying geese, in Imari style. Both cup and saucer have a Batavia or capucine brown-glaze overall. Provenance: From our private collection.
Date: Late Kangxi period 1662-1722.
Size: The cup measures ca. 8,3 cm across. The saucer measures ca. 13,3 cm across.
Condition: The cup is in near-excellent condition with only a very small shallow frit of 1mm, barely visible! The saucer has a visible (break) restoration at the rim which is only visible at the back side. Further no chips, no frits, no hairlines.
Will be packed very well and shipped with registered track/trace with insurance. Combined shipping possible, we return postage costs.
