Carved yellow-brown Chinese Seal with foo-dog and script -China- Republic period
On offer is a very fine good quality yellow-brown low-translucent Chinese artist stone Seal. It has a finely carved foo-dog on top. The stone is, or resembles Shoushan stone. It has beautiful color shades! The seal is nicely engraved with characters on one side. The face of the seal is carved with Chinese characters. Nice smooth surface by use. UV check shows that the stone is not artificially colored. The color is completely natural. Provenance: Closed private collection. During the coming period, we will offer several pieces at a time.
