Fratelli Calderoni - 壶 - 金字塔 - 钢

Elegant teapot / vintage kettle with a geometric octagonal pyramid design, produced in Italy by Fratelli Calderoni. Made in highly polished 18/10 stainless steel with a black pyramid-shaped resin/bakelite knob at the top. A splendid piece of Italian design, bottom diameter about 20 cm.
The "Piramide" series (also called Piramidale or Ottagonale) produced by Fratelli Calderoni was introduced and mainly manufactured during the 1960s. Historical catalogs and major design galleries place its peak production in that decade, although the commercialization and production of some pieces of the service (such as the moka) continued into the early 1970s.
