This is a **Viking Spangenhelm nasal helmet**, a faithful replica of early medieval Viking period armour.
Constructed from polished carbon steel with riveted spangen bands forming the dome, reinforced with decorative steel rivets all over.
The face guard features stylized engraved geometric patterns and a central nasal plate, with neatly perforated holes along the edge. Small spike ornament on top of the central spine.
Inside fitted with a thick black leather suspension liner and adjustable leather chin strap with metal buckle, comfortable for wearing for reenactment, LARP, cosplay or display.
The helmet is fully wearable, piece with minor natural surface imperfections typical of hand-forged steel. All photos show the actual helmet you will receive.
