* Vintage SEIKO Type II Ref. 4316-8000 dating to approximately April 1977, powered by SEIKO’s Cal. 7546 quartz movement with a practical day-date display.

* Attractive deep blue sunburst-style dial that changes beautifully depending on the light, combined with silver-tone baton hour markers, hands and the distinctive Type II quartz emblem.
* Compact approximately 34.7mm stainless-steel case with a bilingual Japanese/English day display, offering distinctive 1970s Japanese vintage character. The stainless-steel bracelet is aftermarket.

Condition

The stainless-steel case shows scratches, rubbing and normal signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. Surface scratches are visible particularly around the lugs, case sides and bezel area.

The crystal shows some scratches and signs of age. Some minor aging or discoloration can also be seen around the outer edge of the dial.

The blue dial retains an attractive and vivid appearance for its age, with a beautiful sunburst-style effect depending on the light. No major damage to the hands or applied hour markers is visible in the photographs.

The case back shows light scratches and normal signs of previous use.

The stainless-steel bracelet is aftermarket and is not the original SEIKO bracelet.
