Condition

The watch is in good to very good vintage condition, considering its age of more than 40 years.

The gold-tone case remains attractive and well presented. There are normal signs of age and use, including light scratches and some wear to the gold-coloured surface.

The bracelet is signed Seiko and retains its original vintage appearance. There are visible areas of wear and loss of the gold-tone finish on several bracelet links, particularly near the upper section of the bracelet. These signs of use are clearly shown in the photographs and have not been concealed.

The front of the watch is well preserved. The inscriptions:

SEIKO – LIGHT – SELECT – START/STOP – MODE – SET SPLIT-RESET – ALARM CHRONOGRAPH

remain clear and legible.

The LCD display is clean and readable, with the characteristic warm gold/amber appearance of this model.

The stainless-steel case back retains the original Seiko markings, reference number and serial number.
