About This Collection

This collection offers an interesting look at two different eras of Deep Purple.

Live In Japan, released in Japan in 1972, features the lineup of Ian Gillan, Ritchie Blackmore, Roger Glover, Jon Lord and Ian Paice. The supplied release information credits Blackmore on lead guitar, Glover on bass, Lord on organ and piano, Paice on drums and Gillan on vocals.
