■ Taxes & Customs Duties
The listed price does not include import duties, taxes, VAT, or consumption tax. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine what these additional costs will be.

For shipments within Japan, buyers are required to pay a 10% consumption tax to the seller via bank transfer or PayPal.

For shipments to European countries, import taxes of approximately 20–25% may apply. These taxes are typically collected by the courier upon delivery or customs clearance (excluding France and Switzerland).
In addition to VAT, the delivery company will charge a customs duty of approximately 4.5% and a courier service fee of roughly 10 to 15 euros for European destinations.

■ Shipping
All items are shipped from Japan via DHL Express.
We cannot alter the declared value on the commercial invoice, nor can we mark items as "gifts" or "samples."
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 days, though it may take longer depending on customs clearance procedures and your local delivery region.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or flight disruptions.

*Note: Currently, we are experiencing frequent customs-related issues with shipments to Spain and Portugal. In addition to paying customs duties to the courier, you may be required to submit identification, a DNI number (ID number), and a customs power of attorney. Please note that you will be responsible for handling these procedures yourself.
