VINTAGE FOLDING GAME TABLE – CARD TABLE

Particular vintage folding game table, featuring a dark wooden structure, square playing surface covered in green fabric/felt and an original folding mechanism.

The table has a simple yet highly interesting functional design: the square top is supported by four folding legs with original metal reinforcement elements. The underside clearly shows the original opening and closing mechanism, allowing the table to be folded when not in use.

The green playing surface shows natural signs of age and use, including light marks, discoloration and small imperfections. The wooden structure has developed an attractive vintage patina, with scratches, abrasions, wear and losses to the original finish.

The original paintwork is quite worn and, for someone wishing to give the piece a more refined appearance, the table could benefit from restoration and repainting. Nevertheless, its current condition gives it an authentic vintage character.
