Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) - La Colombe

Pablo Picasso (1881-1973)

"La Colombe - The Dove".

Lithograph, signed in the plate. (Although with some doubt, we believe it is an offset lithography).

Published and printed by Braun & Cie and SPADEM in 1960.

Rives heavyweight paper. Size: 37 x 50 cm. Plate: 27 x 34 cm.

The original drawing was created by Picasso in 1949 and was selected by the poet Louis Aragon for the poster of the World Congress of Partisans of Peace in Paris, becoming since then a universal symbol of peace.
