复古 Ronson Varatronic 压电打火机 — 稀有型号（第一代），镀金
描述:I am selling a Ronson Varatronic collector's lighter, a luxury model of German engineering, manufactured in West Germany (W.-Germany) in the 1970s.This specimen is part of the first generation of production, a detail highly sought after by collectors. It stands out for its clean design of the casing, provided only with the three classic ventilation slots, unlike later models that received additional sieve-type perforations.Features and Technical Specifications:Piezo-Electric Mechanism: Unlike battery-powered versions (which degraded over time), this model uses a piezo system that generates the spark purely mechanically, by impulse. It does not require rare or expensive batteries. Premium Finish: Elegant gold-plated housing with a fine guilloche texture (barley corn pattern) that offers a spectacular reflection in the light. Side adjustment: It has a serrated wheel on the edge for manual and precise adjustment of the flame height, a feature specific to Ronson premium lighters of that era. Original markings on the base: "Ronson", "Made in W.-Germany", "Reg. Trade Mark" and "Pat. Pend." (patent pending at the time of manufacture). Actual operating condition and conservation: Functionality: The lighter charges the gas correctly and the valves are tight. The piezo mechanism is fully functional and ignites a stable flame, but due to its age, the spark does not always trigger with each press (it has moments when it sparks intermittently). This is absolutely normal behavior for a vintage mechanical movement over 40-50 years old that has not been modified or forced. Aesthetics: The case looks excellent and has a great shine. It shows a natural patina, natural to time, with fine wear of the gold plating on some edges and corners, visible upon close examination (proof of authenticity and the fact that it was a treasured and used piece). A superb piece for vintage enthusiasts, ideal to display in a collection
